Covid Rules

As we now have a number of Registered Covid Officers we are entitled to have group walks.
However we must stay within the rules the whole time, and practise proper social distancing of at least two metres.

  • Before any walk takes place a formal Risk Assessment must take place and be documented.
  • Any actions required on our Standard Risk Assessment must be carried out. This assessment must be updated if there is anything unusual expected about the walk or an unusual situation to be catered for.
  • A record must be kept of all taking part with their contact telephone numbers. We must also keep their email addresses which can be provided to the contact tracers by the Covid Officer.
